Practice and learn simple breathing techniques that quickly help your nervous system to relax. Improving rest, digestion and chronic anxiety. After balancing your mind with Breathwork you will be led through a Guided Visualization to help you create positive change in your life and help integrate the parts of you that may be resistant to change.

This calming class introduces simple, effective breathing techniques you can easily use at home to release tension and quiet the mind.

Through gentle breath patterns and a guided visualization for change, you’ll support an autonomic nervous system reset—shifting out of stress and into a state of deep relaxation, balance, and clarity. Perfect for anyone seeking to unwind, restore, and reconnect with themselves.

A simple practice you can incorporate into your daily routine.

This class requires sitting on the floor for 10-15 minutes at a time.
