Class Attendance Policy

• All classes begin promptly at their scheduled start time. Late entry is not permitted under any circumstances.

• Failure to attend a reserved class without prior cancellation ("No-Show") will result in a $15 fee, which will be charged to the payment method on file.

• Please note: Users booking through ClassPass are subject to ClassPass’s cancellation and attendance policies, which may differ from ours.

Late Cancellation Policy

A "Late Cancellation" is defined as any class cancellation made:

• Less than two (2) hours prior to the class start time, or

• After 8:00 PM the night before, for the following classes: weekday 6:30 AM, and weekend 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM sessions.

Penalties for Late Cancellations are as follows:

• For members and holders of unlimited class packages: A $15 Late Cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file.

• For Punch Card and Drop-In participants: The cancelled class will be deducted from your class package; no monetary fee will be charged.
